Born and raised in Barrie, Ontario, Rob is a former techpreneur who spent 16 years in the Phoenix Arizona area where he co-founded, grew and eventually sold an online marketing company that specialized in Internet based lead generation for blue chip financial companies.
Returning to Ontario in 2012, Rob obtained his Realtor’s license and partnered with Chestnut Park Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage to pursue a vision of evolving the luxury home marketing & sales process for the digital age. After mentoring for two years with a top agent team, Rob quickly rose to the top production levels in the company receiving Chestnut Park’s most elite distinction, The Chairman Award in 2016 through 2024. Rob specializes in the the purchase and sale of distinctive real estate in Creemore, Collingwood and the Blue Mountains
Rob is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario. He currently lives in beautiful Collingwood Ontario with his wife Kris and three children Nate, Ella and Owen.

Kris McAleer comes to the Real Estate Profession and Chestnut Park after a rewarding 24-year career as a licensed healthcare professional. After graduating as a Registered Nurse in 1996, Kris pursued career opportunities in Arizona, eventually specializing in Orthopedic Surgery and Clinical Research at the Mayo Clinic Hospital. Upon returning to Ontario in 2011, Kris joined the Collingwood Hospital to build the Telemedicine Program, which utilizes the latest in communication technology to facilitate remote care. This was followed by 3 + years working in Outpatient Mental Health as a Registered Psychotherapist.
Kris embodies the importance of establishing a trusting relationship with clients while providing the highest standards in service. She will be a welcome addition to the Georgian Bay Group, providing team operational leadership to ensure agent and client needs are being consistently met, if not exceeded.
