Sandee grew up in the GTA spending weekends and holidays in Collingwood with her family at their waterfront condo. 4 years ago she made Collingwood her permanent home and has never looked back!
As a result, Sandee is uniquely positioned to guide prospective buyers through the often daunting process of choosing a home in another town. She has helped many city dwellers choose the Southern Georgian Bay Area for their forever home and, for some, their weekend home away from home!
Either way, Sandee will find the perfect property for her clients where they too can enjoy all the area has to offer including a more relaxing, no compromise lifestyle, all within a short drive to the city!
Prior to gaining realtor status, Sandee worked for 25+ years in the interior design industry and as a home stager/stylist. This unique and synergistic combination of experience benefits both her seller and buyer clients; sellers benefit from a very well prepared home when they go to market and buyers are privy to the often hidden potential of the homes they are considering purchasing.
Sandee lives in the beautiful community of Lighthouse Point and has many friends and family in both the Collingwood and Thornbury areas. She has two adult sons living in the city. She is a member of the Toronto ski club, enjoys staying active, the outdoors, reading and of course all things “home”!
